This is a card I made with a cool technique that uses hair gel to appear as water. It's the first time I've tried it and I will definately use it again it was a lot of fun. Personally I think it would have worked better with a darker background but it's all trial and error. The card was for Chelcey and Glenn's darling little boy Jack on his first birthday.

How cool is that? I have to admit I've never actually tried this technique - you will have to give me a lesson.
